Barristers are free to set their own fees.

Our fees for acting (wich are subject to VAT) are determinated by an internal indicative scale wich is always available to our clients.

A fee agreement setting the sum total of the fees and the methods of payment can be drawn up and can include a fee based on results.

The partnership is usually open of its fees in monthly instalments.

  • Legal aid :

If your means are limited, you can benefit from legal aid in order to assert your rights in justice or to defend your interests.

The Legal Aid Commission determines the rates from which you can benefit (total or patial legal aid).

The partnership will give you the forms to apply for Legal Aid and help you to complete them.


  • Legal protection :


The client may choose his or her barrister and our partnership undertakes to deal with all requests necessary for the payment of feels by your insurer.
